Do your best at the circuit trainings of Krisztián and Tamás. Fulfil the diverse and eventful stages according to your own fitness and physical condition. The advantage of circuit trainings is that they are group activities still tailor-made, as you can do it at your own pace and difficulty level. During training you will work mainly with your own body weight, but it can happen that you will make exercises more intensive with TRX, kettlebell, medicine ball or elastic band.
If you would like to improve your stamina, increase your performance and muscle mass, or burn excess fat, you must come to our circuit training. See you next time!
