STRENGTHENING SECTION

Strengthening exercises increase your muscle mass, strengthen your bones and shape your body. You can easily find suitable machines and equipment for you, even if you arrive as a complete beginner or a regularly training customer. In this section, there are bench presses, dip frames, back machines, cable towers, step machines, hand barbell sets ranging from 2 kg to 40 kg, that make your exercises diverse.

CARDIO SECTION

The advantages of the cardio workouts are that they strengthen your heart, and lungs, lower your blood pressure, and you become fitter thanks to their energizing effect and not least they contribute greatly to weight loss. The treadmill, bike, stepper, and elliptic trainers move especially the muscles of buttock and thighs, while workouts done on the rowing machine have impact on your whole body. Whatever cardio workout you choose, you will feel the beneficial effects very soon!

FUNCTIONAL SECTION

During functional exercises the aim is to move the whole body, so that to improve endurance, strengthen and mobilize at the same time. You can make the exercises more effective with the help of different equipment, such as coordination ladder, functional wheel, rubber band, bosu ball, kettlebell, fit-ball or TRX developed by the U.S. Navy. You can do further strengthening exercises on the monkey ladder, with the elastic band, or you can practice the right hook and left straight on the punching bag, the most important thing is to find the right workout for you!

PRIVATE ROOM

You can find this room upstairs, which provides perfect setting mainly for group classes, recreational trainings, and private personal trainings. The more space provides opportunity for callisthenics – circuit-training, TRX – where you can improve your stamina besides your muscles. During training you can check accuracy of the given exercise all the time in the mirrors fixed on one side of the room, which is also checked by our trainers as well in order to prevent injuries.

If you have a group, but you do not have the appropriate place for workouts, you can rent the room, here * you can find further information about it.
