Do you only dare to go into the water if your feet touches the ground? Or you are only watching the others from the shore? The love of swimming and acquiring water safety is important for adults and children as well. Besides filling us with happiness it also has beneficial effects to the body; improves stamina, condition, moreover it even helps to lose weight. You have an opportunity to acquire the appropriate technique during private lessons, in order to enjoy swimming next time.
The length of swimming lesson is 45 minutes/occasion for children and 55 minutes/occasion for adults.
