The Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga trend, which comes from different yoga schools, traditions and experience such  as “viniyoga” (T.K.V. Desikachar), the Iyengar-yoga (B.K.S. Iyengar)  and the Ashtanga (Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois).
